2. Data we collect
The controller only collects data strictly necessary to handle the enquiries and commercial offers received through the offer form. Specifically:
- Identification and contact data voluntarily provided in the form: name, company, email address.
- Data related to the enquiry: type of interest (full pack, core pack, single domain), offered amount, and an optional free-text message.
- Technical data automatically collected for security and spam-prevention purposes: IP address, user agent (browser), referring URL, and the data sent by reCAPTCHA (see section 6).
No special categories of data (racial origin, health, sexual orientation, etc.) nor data of minors are collected. Users are kindly asked not to include such information in the free-text message field.
3. Purposes of processing
- To respond to the enquiry or commercial offer received and to maintain communication with the sender until resolution.
- To carry out the administrative, accounting and tax operations needed if the enquiry leads to a commercial transaction.
- To prevent abuse, attacks and automated submissions (spam) via reCAPTCHA verification and per-IP rate limiting.
The controller does not use this data for automated commercial mailings, profiling, targeted advertising or automated decisions with legal effects.
4. Legal basis
- Explicit consent of the data subject when filling in and submitting the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- Performance of pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request, where the enquiry concerns a potential commercial transaction (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Legitimate interest of the controller in protecting the website against automated abuse, via reCAPTCHA and rate limiting (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- Compliance with legal obligations of a fiscal and accounting nature where applicable (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
5. Retention period
Form data is retained for as long as the commercial relationship or enquiry lasts and, afterwards, for the legal periods applicable (a minimum of six years for accounting and fiscal obligations under the Spanish Commercial Code and tax regulations).
Technical data stored for anti-spam purposes (IP in the rate-limit counter) is retained for at most one hour after registration, after which it is automatically deleted.
6. Processors and international transfers
To deliver the service, the controller relies on the following technology providers, acting as processors or independent third parties as the case may be:
- Hostinger International, Ltd. (website hosting and SMTP mail server). More information: Hostinger privacy policy.
- Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited — reCAPTCHA v3 (form spam prevention). When the form loads, Google receives the visitor's IP address, the user agent, and other browser-behaviour data needed to compute a bot-probability score. More information: Google privacy policy and terms of service.
- Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited — Google Analytics 4 (aggregated audience measurement, only if the visitor accepts in the consent banner). Google receives data about the visitor's navigation (page views, time on page, language, browser, truncated IP) for statistical purposes. This site's configuration limits processing to aggregated metrics; it is not used for personalised advertising or Google Signals. More information in the Google privacy policy. Visitors can disable Google Analytics in their browser via the official Google opt-out add-on.
Use of Google services involves an international transfer of data to the United States. Such transfer is performed under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework to which Google LLC adheres and, additionally, under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
7. Disclosure to third parties
Aside from the processors mentioned in the previous section, the controller does not disclose data to third parties, except where required by law or strictly necessary for service delivery (for example, a secure domain transfer entity such as Escrow.com upon closing a transaction, with the express consent of the user).
8. Data subject rights
The user may at any time exercise the rights granted by data-protection law:
- Access to their data.
- Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure of data when no longer needed.
- Restriction of processing.
- Objection to processing.
- Data portability.
- Withdrawal of consent given, without retroactive effect.
To exercise these rights, the data subject may send a written request to info@espaciodedatos.com or by post to the address given in section 1, accompanied by a copy of an identity document.
The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if they believe the processing does not comply with applicable law.
9. Security measures
The controller adopts reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss or destruction: HTTPS encryption across the entire site, credential storage outside the publicly accessible web directory, encrypted SMTP authentication for outbound email, and rate limiting per IP address.
10. Modifications
The controller reserves the right to modify this policy to align it with new legislation, case law or changes in how the website operates. The version in force shall always be the one published on this same page.
