Cookies policy
This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies are used on this website, for what purpose, and how the user can manage them.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in the visitor's browser to remember information between pages or visits (preferences, session state, technical data for abuse detection, etc.). Similar technologies also exist (local storage, device identifiers) and are governed by the same rules.
2. Cookies used on this site
The site owner (FEELING IDEAS, S.L.) does not install first-party tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. The site is served statically and does not require maintaining a session.
The site does use two third-party services that may install cookies or use local storage in the visitor's browser:
- Google reCAPTCHA v3, embedded in the offer form to prevent automated submissions (functional / security cookie).
- Google Analytics 4, audience-measurement tool for aggregated statistics (analytics cookie, only if the visitor accepts in the banner).

3. Legal basis and consent
Google reCAPTCHA cookies and technologies are deemed technically necessary for a functionality expressly requested by the user (secure form submission), and rely on the controller's legitimate interest in protecting its site against automated abuse (article 6.1.f GDPR), in line with the Spanish Data Protection Agency's guidance on technically necessary cookies. No prior consent is required for their installation.
Google Analytics cookies are analytics cookies and, under AEPD guidance, require the user's prior consent. For that reason, the first time a visitor accesses the site they are shown a consent banner with two equivalent options («Accept» or «Reject»). Until the visitor decides, Google Analytics remains disabled via the Google Consent Mode v2 mechanism (analytics_storage: 'denied'). If the visitor rejects, analytics cookies are not installed and no navigation information is sent to Google.
The visitor's decision is stored in a first-party technical cookie (cookie_consent) for six months and can be revoked or changed at any time via the button below on this same page or by deleting the cookie from the browser.
